After the booking confirmation for a specific gulet, the 50% of the payment is to be made by bank transfer to our bank account and the balance at latest one month before the charter.
The charter price includes the charter services during the agreed cruising time, fuel for daily average of 4 hours (selected route), yatch’s crew, all appliences on the ship according to the ship list (some gulets do charge the use of Jet Ski and water ski), bedlinen and towels, insurance of the ship, crew and it’s passengers, 4 hrs of generator working a day (Air conditioning).
The charter price excludes: food and drink, port and marina fees, entrances in National parks, special transfers, special demands of embarkation and disembarkation, residence tax, daily more than 4 hours of cruising.
The prices which are not included in the main rental price, on the most gulets are to be paid to the captain on the boat.
You will be sent the preference list, prior to your arrival, and you will be asked to fill it and send us back all the details regarding the provisions, routes, arrival details and all other preferences, important for your cruising. This allows the crew to be fully prepared for the charter.
The guest also must deliver the exact crew list, at least two weeks before the embarcation. More persons than in the crew list, are not allowed to be on the boat.
Unless special agreements, the gulet will be cruising within Croatian territorial waters by suggested routes. The captain can modify the routes in case of bad weather conditions or in case of objective impossibilities of putting in planned harbours.
FOOD: The half board is obligatory. The price is calculated per a person/week and includes breakfast and lunch. The full pension is optional and also calculated per a person/week. Full pension includes breakfast, lunch and supper. In this option, the drinks are not inlcuded and are to be taken at the well stocked boat bar, at reasonalbe prices. Also, the guests are not allowed to bring their own drinks on board.
On some gulets, there is a possibility of taking half or full board with drinks, which includes the meals and all Croatian drinks (alcoholic and not alcoholic). In this option, the guests are allowed to bring their own drinks, as well.
The guests are obliged to hold on to the captain’s rules regarding to safety of the yacht and the well being of all passengers on board. If the weather conditions do not allow cruising, the gulet will be anchored in safe place (port or bay) until the captain decides it is safe enough to continue the cruising.
The guests are obliged to hold on to the Croatian rules of protection of the environment as well as to the fishing, diving and using the Jet Ski rules (according to the Croatian law, the guest must have a valid licence for fishing, diving and using the Jet Ski).
Embarkation is after 17:00 and disembarkation is before 9:00 on the day of departure. The guests are to report if they have some malady or limitation about the food and beverages.
